What strategies do you use to maintain your health and well-being?

There are a few things I do to maintain my health and well-being.   First of all, I practice mindfulness in my everyday life.  Just small things like slowly savouring the taste of my food, or focusing on how good it feels to pet Lily.  Definitely walking πŸšΆβ€β™€οΈ Lily helps to keep us both fit and is bonding time for both of us. Regularly taking my medications helps to keep me well and focused in my life. Enjoying the time I spend with my friends also helps my well-being.
