What is the most important thing to carry with you all the time?

The most important things that I carry are my mobile phone 📴 and my keys 🔑. I take my mobile 📱 phone with me everytime I leave the house, even when I am just taking Lily for a walk, so I am prepared for all eventualities. It means if I fall over or have some sort of accident I can call someone easily and readily. It means I feel both prepared and safe. That makes me feel secure.

  1. I too think the most important things to carry with me is my keys and my mobile. When I take Becky for her walk I don’t take my mobile even though I know I should.
