What traditions have you not kept that your parents had? Was today typical? In some ways today is typical as I have taken Lily for a walk.   In other ways today is not typical.  I have an appointment with my psychiatrist today, which I only do every 8 weeks or so.  In that way today is not typical.

What strategies do you use to maintain your health and well-being?
