Wilson’s Prom

Name an attraction or town close to home that you still haven’t got around to visiting.

I really had to think about this one. An attraction in the state of Victoria where I live that I haven’t seen is Wilson’s Promotory National Park. I would love ❤️ 😍 to see it. It is the place in Victoria that interests me the most.

I live in Melbourne, but I have never travelled to Sydney for a holiday yet. I would love to see the Opera house. Australia is such a big vast country, and I have seen some of it, but there is so much more to see.

Love for Lily

If you could make your pet understand one thing, what would it be?

If I could make Lily understand one thing, it would be how loved and cherished she is and that I would never abandon her. I’ve been in hospital a couple of times throughout Lily’s life, and I am lucky that I have friends who will look after her when this occurs. I want Lily to understand that she will always be cared for and that I would never abandon her. She is the thing I love the most 💕 in this world. She is more than just a pet. She is my everything.

The meaning of Kaye

Write about your first name: its meaning, significance, etymology, etc.

I google my name Kaye and found out it means “rejoice.” It has a biblical meaning of “she who holds the keys.” It is the name of Welsh, Celtic, and Irish origin.

My middle name, Janice, means “God has s been gracious. Gift from God. “

I am quite fascinated to learn what my names mean.

CHILDRENS LITERATURE AUTHOR AND PAID BLOGGER

What’s your dream job?

I am on the way to achieving my goal of being a known published author of children’s literature. I have self-published two books on a small scale, those being “God Bless Our Dogs and The Dance Of The Emerald Dress “

All my life, I have wanted to be an author, and I feel great that recently I made that happen on a small scale. As Paul Kelly sings , “From little things big things grow.” It is the small steps I take regularly that means I achieve my goals.

The blog is a wonderful way to express my creativity and hones my writing ✍️ skills. If I could make an income from my regular blog 📫 posts, it would be so fulfilling, and I could use that income to further work on my other writings ✍️.

I also send my loved ones a gif every morning as a greeting 🙏 and to show my love. It has just occurred to me that it would be wonderful if we could be paid to “pay it forward “!that is that we get paid to spread goodwill. What a different world 🌎 we would live in if positivity and goodwill were encouraged and rewarded. Fellow bloggers would be the most appropriate people to spread this goodwill with our regular blog posts.

I think I already do have my dream job, just the beginning stages of that dream. If you do something you love, it is only the beginning of a life well lived.

A good leader

What makes a good leader?

A good leader is someone who is intelligent, eloquent, and well spoken and doesn’t mind talking to large groups of people to put forward the desires goals and plans of those they represent. A leader should also have compassion, empathy, and respect 🙏 by the bucket loads. They should be role model and conscious of the impact of their actions upon others. They should be honest forthright and approachable. They should have good intentions and put the rights of those the represent ahead of their own desires.

Some forms of Social Media

If you could un-invent something, what would it be?

If I could un-invent something, it would be the negative impacts of some forms of social media like Facebook, etc. Some of these social media sites have allowed things that are absolutely evil to happen

I would definitely allow blogs to still exist as a means of self-expression and creativity.

My personal experience of Facebook wasn’t great. There is no confidentiality on platforms like Facebook, where bullying and judgement of people are common. I would like it to be a positive empathic caring platform. Somehow I don’t think I am alone in wishing for that.

Brunswick Baptist Church

Can you share a positive example of where you’ve felt loved?

I like today’s topic as it has given me a chance to reminise about good times in my life.

Probably, the time I have most felt loved was the early times of my marriage and definitely my time with Brunswick Baptist Church. This church would have to be the most loving, accepting church I have ever experienced. No matter that my marriage didn’t work out, I was only ever shown love there. My marriage couldn’t have been all bad because without that experience, I would have never had Russell, Zohreh. Jennifer, Carl, Gisele, and Iolanda in my life. Life is what you make it, and I m just so blessed with their presence in my life. I only ever feel love when they are around. So yes, I definitely have had positive loving experiences in my life.

Getting rid of Stuff

Where can you reduce clutter in your life?

This is an interesting question. In the past, I have been a hoarder of stuff, keeping everything from paperwork to gifts I have been given over the years. Every few months over the past couple of years, I go through phases where I throw out stuff, paperwork, and other things I consider to be clutter. I have to be in the right headspace to do this, so yes, I do go through phases of decluttering. I would like to be in that headspace more regularly, but I never know what curve balls life will throw at me, so I don’t beat myself up about it. I do what I can.
