Who is your favorite cartoon character? My favourite cartoon character would be Snoopy from the Peanuts cartoon. Lily’s favourite cartoon character is Bluey. Lily loves to watch television 📺 and when Bluey is on she watches it and barks at the television screen. I think she knows that Bluey is a dog.
