What makes you laugh?

This is a great topic.  A few things make me laugh.

The comedians that make me laugh are Adam Hills,  Sandi Toksvig and Andrew Denton. All three are very witty and funny without being nastily sarcastic.   Adam is just so talented at stand up comedy and laughs at himself, in particular he laughs at his disability   Sandi is genuinely warm and witty, she is like everybody’s favourite aunt.  Andrew is amazingly witty and when i met him i shared a joke with him about my mental illness which made him laugh.

It is great that i have a sense of humour about my mental health issues and I  can laugh at myself.  I don’t find sarcastic comments about my issues funny, in most cases it’s downright nasty and not in the least bit funny.

My friend Adrian often makes me laugh.  He is extremely intelligent and wise and witty, but never nasty. His observations on life are very funny and witty. He makes me see life from a healthy perspective
