We only have a finite supply of energy so use it wisely.

I am writing ✍️ this post after rewatching Guy Sebastian on the ABC program The Assembly.  Guy was giving advice to  young lady who is on the autism spectrum about social media trolls. I agree wholeheartedly with his advice.  We should not give our energy to the trolls and negative people in our life instead we should only give our energy to the people that are in our corner batting for us and building us up. Learn to actively ignore the negative haters and only give our precious finite energy to our loved ones ❤️ 💕 💖   become a believer in the knowledge that love always outweighs negativity and hate. I firmly believe this to be so.
