What is your favorite form of physical exercise?

These days my favourite form of physical activity is my daily morning πŸŒ„ walk with Lily it fills my lungs with crisp morning air and bonds me even deeper with Lily..

Throughout my life I have been in and out of dance classes. In my life I have done ballet, tap, jazz ballet, ballroom and rock’n’roll, belly dancing and zumba. I haven’t done formal dance classes for well over 10 years and feel my flexibility isn’t what it used to be, when I was regularly attending dance class. However, I do love getting up to dance with my brothers, my nephews and nieces at family functions.

When I was married I regularly attended the circuit gym classes at Curves in Coburg. This was great exercise as the circuit only goes for 30 minutes, easy to fit into a busy lifestyle. When my marriage started to breakdown Curves was great for me as I could work out my frustrations on a piece of gym equipment, and there was a real sense of comerarderie amongst the women of all shapes and sizes who attended Curves , all for the same reasons. Unfortunately there is no Curves in Sunbury, so for the moment my main exercise is to walk Lily. So I make the most of that
