MY MUSE

I’m lying here on the couch with the greatest muse of my life lying beside me.

Lily has no idea she is my muse. She is my loving, protective 💖 little dog, who is at her happiest, when she is near me, next to me touching me in some way. I really love her little body close to mine touching me, as I feel her total unconditional love for me. She is a cavoodle, who has a lot of cavalier in her. King Charles Cavaliers were initially bred to keep King Charles the first feet warm, and it is part of their genetics to be physically close to their owners This is not a negative form of neediness. It is the most wonderful genetic thing, that these dogs🐕 require to feel close to the person they love ❤ most in the 🌎 world

Lily has been a great ibpiratuon for some of the children’s literature I have written, so she definitely is my muse. She is very easy to write about and I will write more about her in the future. She is the absolute best thing that has happened in my life in a long time.

It was hard to leave her, during my last hospital stay. The hardest thing I ever had to do was leave her, when she was screaming for me, to enter the hospital. During lockdown in the hospital I was in agony that Lily couldn’t visit. One of the kind nurses suggested that I train Lily to be my assistance dog, then she could come into the hospital with me. I am seriously locking onto that .

Lily brings me so much love and joy and she definitely 💗 has a tremendous positive impact on my life . I don’t have a human muse, I have a canine muse and she brings rainbows and sunshine to my life. She inspires me to write ✍

    If only dogs could talk! I have been lucky. As a child l have always had animals in my life. My father loved animals, and l definitely have his gene in loving animals. As a little girl, l had a dog, and since then, there has not been a day that there has not been an animal next to me. When l left home, l got a dog. Princess. She was my princess. I had her for 18 years. Before princess went to the land of happiness, l got another dog to keep her company. That dog was a kelpie and called him double. Sadly dougee had a brain tumour and at age five l had to put him to sleep. That way he suffered no more. Whilst l had Dougee, l got a cat. And still have Jasper who is 13 years old. I extended my animal family and now have a rescue cut named fluffy, a rabbit named Mabel and four chooks. I so much would like to have another dog, but the saddest is when they pass. But one day we will meet our beautiful friends again. Animals are better than some human beings. Animals only want your love and ask for nothing.
    Thus, Lily is your little angel who only wants to be by your side. And yes, she will cry when you needed to go to hospital. Because Kaye, you are her best friend.
    Loved reading about Lily and your devotion to her, because animals need our devotion. They are so loyal.

  2. I’ve just read your blog about Lily. It is just beautiful. Your readers will feel the love you have for Lily as they read the blog. I did! She is so lucky to have you as her Mum. May she always be your muse and your protector as I know from seeing you together that she makes you happy. What a lovely little companion.
